Today's Attendance

This shows the AM/PM attendance for the day.  Note: there is a delay between the information being recorded in our database and being displayed here, so do not consider this realtime information!

Statutory Attendance Figures

The main section of this page shows the current month and year so far as pie charts.

Each pie is broken down into Present, Late, Absent and Unauthorised Absence.  You can see percentage figures next to each pie.

You can view a previous month by selecting one from the dropdown list.

If you click on a late or absent slice of pie, you will see a list of all absences and lateness, with the chosen type highlighted.

Lesson Level Attendance Figures

This shows a breakdown of attendance across all subjects, in the form of bar charts.  If you hover over a coloured section, it will show the percentage for that subject.
