There are two main sources for news on the VLE. Note: Emergency announcements such as school closures due to bad weather will still be announced on the web site, Facebook and Twitter.

Site News

The home page's Site News tends to be for news celebrating student achievements and events of interest to students and parents.

It appears on the lower half of the VLE's home page.  Only the last few news items will appear, but you can see old news by clicking on Site News (top item) in the Main Menu block on the left side of the screen.

Parents' Area News and Letters

There is also a News and Letters section in the Parents' Area. This often features reminders of important events, copies of letters home, etc. It is at the top of the Parents' Area main page.
