The School Calendar on the VLE is an Internet calendar. This means it can be added to your own online calendars, on mobile devices and web-based calendars such as Outlook and Google Calendar. Once set up, it will be automatically updated over the coming academic year.

The steps to take (on a PC) are shown below for Outlook and Google Calendar.

If you use a different calendar system, watching one of these might still give you enough idea how to add it to yours. Otherwise, get in touch with the VLE Admin (vle@wallingfordschool.com), and we may be able to come up with instructions for your preferred method.

The coloured text below is referred to in the videos, and is what you will need to pass to your calendar system when asked for the Calendar URL. You need to select it, copy it, and finally paste it into the right place on your calendar system.
