An invitation from the School's Governing Body:
The school governors are currently working with Wallingford School’s leadership team to review the strategic direction of the school. More specifically, this is to refresh the existing plan, identify priority areas to focus on, and where to direct resources and energy over the next few years.
State school systems are coming under unprecedented pressure financially and we will have to work with very restricted budgets which means that difficult decisions need to be made by the school’s leadership and governors. Decisions on which courses we will be able to run, the workforce and many related elements of the school will require careful prioritisation. In these decisions, we are grateful for parents' view on what they currently value and we will take these into consideration in doing what is best for the students but with a need to recognise the challenging economic context in which we are operating.
Students and staff have had an opportunity to feed into this process. We would also like feedback from parents that we can consider in the development of the school’s strategic priorities and direction.
We would value your views in this survey (by clicking on the link below) which should take 5-10 minutes to complete.
