First, a reminder that, when exams are approaching, we put copies of timetables and other information in the Exam Information area. You can access this from the icon on the front page or the Parents' Area.
Currently, you will find provisional timetables for next summer's external exams, as well as information on the upcoming Year 11 mock exams. Regarding the latter, Mr Keeling writes:
Dear parents and guardians,
As you know we have been working hard to help students structure their revision through tutor time and PSHE by creating revision timetables. On Friday students had an assembly focussed on how to revise.
In order for you to continue to support them at home I have uploaded [to Exam Information] a PDF of the PowerPoint used in that assembly where the focus was on the subjects all students do - English, Maths and Science. However, I have also included a document which goes through what will be in each of the Mock Exams for every subject (in alphabetical order) at the end of this term.
Please use it to ensure that students aren't revising topics that they won't be assessed on. Also it is a useful document to help them chunk up their revision so they're not just revising, for example, Science, but they are revising Cell Biology for 40 minutes.
As always please don't hesitate to get in contact if you have any questions.
Regards, Mr Keeling.
