As we reach the half-term break, my message has to be “well done” to everyone. Well done to our Year 11 and Year 13 students as they reach the end of their assessments; well done to our younger students as they either sit or prepare for internal assessments – our Key Stage 3 students have approached them brilliantly this week; well done to all our staff for their commitment to our young people; and well done to the school community as a whole for the positivity, support for each other and sense of togetherness which are such strong and defining characteristics.

Everyone deserves a break and we then look forward to a busy term 6 which will include the Enrichment Week and other events which promise to be rewarding, insightful - and fun! In the meantime, when you have a moment please do read our House Newsletter (released later today) as it is a wonderful representation of a great many aspects of our school.
