We are delighted to be able to invite parents & carers of Wallingford School students to be involved in the re-launch of the Wallingford School Association, WSA. In the past WSA has raised a large amount of money for extra equipment for the school including £15,000 towards a new school minibus. We are looking to relaunch the WSA early next term with new members. We'd really love you to be involved.
Before the official relaunch, our new WSA’s first event will be the Christmas production of The Wizard of Oz. Help is needed to provide refreshments to the audience, you also get to see a great production for free.
There are three separate production dates. We'd love help on each night to set up before the audience arrive, sell pre-production drinks as well as drinks during the interval. Then clear up at the end of the night, (which does not take long). Doors open to audience at 6.30pm and production starts at 7.00pm, so we need volunteers from about 6.00pm to help set up.
