Wallingford School hosted our annual French Exchange with our partner school from Grenoble this week. The French students visited Portsmouth, Oxford and London and on Thursday morning shadowed their English partners in school taking part in a variety of lessons. Mr Palmer was particularly impressed with the enthusiasm of one of our visitors when taking part in some English improv!

The French partners were given a tour of our school by our A-level French students and the French students commented on the range of subjects offered to our students at GCSE, how colourful the wall displays are and our school uniform of course! The warm welcome they have been given by their English host families was very much appreciated and when asked if they liked English food, they all responded with a resounding "Oui!" We wish our French visitors a safe journey home on Friday and are really looking forward to visiting them in March.
