I was sitting in the back room of Re-Flex revising for my GCSE English exam. It was silent and I was concentrating hard. Then I heard a faint noise. It was mini-tweeting! I looked around the room, it was a very quiet sound but I could hear it! I looked into the Expel-air fan in the classroom . I couldn't see anything, although there were leaves and twigs inside it. Ms Dow and I checked the vent outside. There was a tiny hole in the air vent strips. This must be where a bird has gone in, made a nest and now there are chicks in there.

I made a sign to go over the switch to make sure that no-one would use the fan and make sure the chicks are safe.
