Caving
Today we went caving in the Brecon Beacons National Park after a long 1 hour journey we arrived. All the group including ALEX and miss led us through the wonderful caves. For someone who is scared of small spaces the group and the Alex lead me through and encouraged me to do things I have never done in my life even leading the team I had to be calm and they all listened and helped me through. The caves were beautiful but even though we did get wet we all enjoyed being as a team such a small and quite space.

Surfing
Surfing was a new and exciting experience that I thoroughly enjoyed and would love to do again. It was cvhallenging at the beginning but after a few goes I managed to stand up as did many people. Surfing was my favourite activity and I’m glad I got to do it twice so I got to know a different group of people.

Climbing
Climbing was a really fun if a little challenging experience which I found very enjoyable. I especially found the abseiling fun to do and it was great to stretch myself by trying the harder climbs set for us. I was so happy to get to try this activity and would love to get the chance to do it again.
